St. Patrick’s Place

St. Patrick’s Place consists of a former Catholic school and a Sisters’ House, both built in early part of the 20th century. Located in the heart of Richmond’s historic Church Hill neighborhood, Commonwealth Architects transformed the building into 15 condominium units, ensuring that all rehabilitations respected the historic nature of these structures. A private, gated courtyard was created between the two buildings providing residents with a cozy and intimate outdoor setting.
