The Chamberlin

Once a majestic hotel, The Chamberlin was adaptively reused into an Independent Living Facility with approximately 130 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. Located on the Hampton Roads Harbor, The Chamberlin’s location provides beautiful waterfront views. The project included $23 million reconstruction of a waterside seawall walking trail for residents, while lush green lawns and newly planted trees provide a handsome transition from the water to the building.
