VSU Hunter McDaniel Hall

Commonwealth Architects and design partners The S/L/A/M Collaborative are currently designing the renovation and addition to Hunter McDaniel Hall at Virginia State University. The building houses several programs in the School of Engineering, Science and Technology, including the Department of Physics and Chemistry, the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, the Department of Psychology, and the Department of Nursing. The current renovation and expansion project will provide renovation of obsolete building systems, equipment, finishes and spaces to better address current teaching needs. The bulk of this renovation and expansion will focus on revitalizing the shell of the existing building into a state-of-the-art academic facility.
