Theatre IV

Theatre IV contracted Commonwealth Architects to design the rehabilitation of the façades of its locations in the historic Empire Theatre and the adjacent Little Theatre in downtown Richmond. The rehabilitation of the architectural elements of the facades will include adding elements such as marquees, signage, displays and lighting. Alternative front façade elevations considered potential façade massing, potential building encroachment on public way, signage and budgeting issues for comparative development costs.
