Riverview Lofts

Having once played a vital role in Norfolk's booming seafood industry, the building that originally housed the Virginia Ice & Freezing Corporation is currently being transformed into residential use. The rehabilitation will convert the warehouse into a residential facility with approximately 81 apartment units. Situated on the Elizabeth River, the project will include a rooftop deck and workout area. The rehabilitation serves as another example of Commonwealth Architects' commitment to finding new life for neglected historic buildings in Virginia's urban centers.
