Plant 64 Lofts

The former Factory 64 buildings of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. are being adaptively reused to provide upscale, downtown living and urban retail space. Commonwealth Architects is providing architectural and engineering services to Plant 64 Development Company, LLC, for the rehabilitation of the sprawling industrial buildings into a mixed-use project. The 423,455 square-foot development will incorporate the site's unique history, honoring its architectural and manufacturing heritage.
