Patrick Henry Hotel Adaptive Reuse

Commonwealth Architects is currently providing design services for the rehabilitation of the former Patrick Henry Hotel in downtown Roanoke, Virginia. Built in 1925, the building will now serve as a mixed-use development, consisting of 126 apartments with accompanying office and retail space. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, many of the Patrick Henry's historic features will be rehabilitated to their original configurations including the lobby, entry concourse, and grand ballroom.
