Commonwealth Architects is currently providing planning, architectural, visualization and engineering services for the development of a 148 acre site at Massanutten Mountain. Envisioned to provide shopping, dining, entertainment and residential space for local residents and visitors, this mixed-use development will showcase a village atmosphere with a central gathering area, performance venues, commercial, residential and open green spaces.
