Tanner’s Landing at Riverview

Inspired by the site’s beautiful view of the Lafayette River, the design team incorporated elements of the local community and life on the river into its design. Limiting the height of the building to match the surrounding residential areas and designing the facade with a classic motif helped to blend the new facility into the neighborhood. Each condominium unit has been carefully laid out with extensive amenities, including high ceilings, built-in cabinetry and bookshelves, high-speed data wiring throughout and top-grade appliances.
