St. Patrick’s Place

After over 90 years of successful operation, the Archdiocese of the Catholic Church chose to close the St. Patrick’s School as a result of declining enrollment and subsequent difficulties meeting operating expenses. Located in the heart of Richmond’s historic Church Hill neighborhood, Commonwealth Architects transformed the building into 15 condominium units, ensuring that all rehabilitations respected the historic nature of these structures. All residential units will feature a controlled-access security located at the building entrances, access to the private gated courtyard located between the school and convent and convenient on-site parking adjacent to the condominium units.
