Commonwealth Architects is currently lending its expertise for the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of a complex of seven buildings containing over 140,000 square feet in the 700 block of High Street. Retail tenants will stay on the first floor spaces fronting on High Street with the remainder of the spaces to be converted into rental apartments. The property is a contributor to an existing National Historic District and is eligible for State and Federal Historic Investment Tax Credits.
