Broad Street Block

The conversion of the structures into loft apartments opened a new chapter in the life for these historic buildings, and in turn influenced the character of the entire neighborhood. The Broad Street Buildings house approximately 100 apartments, ranging in size from studio units to spacious three bedroom plans and a street-level restaurant. The rehabilitation of the buildings from open-plan commercial spaces to modern loft apartments represents the preservation of the buildings’ most important characteristics while creating living spaces that are vibrant, useful, and unique.
