Creek’s Edge at Stony Point

Creek’s Edge at Stony Point is modeled after New Urbanism principles featuring a variety of townhouse plans within a walkable community where residents can live, work and play. A series of townhomes was designed in the Craftsman or Bungalow style of housing common to older Richmond neighborhoods. This style is brought forward with the use of front porches, bay windows and bracketed, overhanging eaves. A centrally located 2,000 square foot clubhouse with pool further encourages resident strolling and neighborhood interaction.
