Berry-Burk Building

Previously the home of The Berry-Burk Company, a retail clothing store built in 1928, the adaptive re-use of the Berry-Burk Building provides upscale, downtown living as well as urban retail space. The upper two floors rise above the adjacent building to the west and provide a great view of downtown Richmond. Residential space takes up all of the upper floors while commercial space occupies the first floor towards East Grace Street. The building contains 31 spacious apartments, some units with lofts. The basement was developed into new tenant parking accessible via the alley south of the building.
