Commonwealth Architects : Richmond Virginia Adaptive Reuse, Historic Preservation Urban Development

Commonwealth Architects offers preservation planning and analysis services to clients who seek to protect and plan for the on-going care and maintenance of their historic resources. Through this work the Historic Architecture team has provided preservation planning documents, historic structure reports, condition assessments and maintenance recommendations. This also includes full construction documents for preservation or repair work, on-site construction administration and coordination with contractors qualified to work with historically compatible materials.
