Commonwealth Architects : Richmond Virginia Adaptive Reuse, Historic Preservation Urban Development

Commonwealth Architects has undertaken a wide variety of project types for several state agencies across the Commonwealth of Virginia. Most of our work has centered around the rehabilitation of historic buildings, including several on Richmond’s Capitol Square. Commonwealth Architects is intimately familiar with the State’s Construction and Capital Outlay procedures. Several members of our team have attended BCOM Seminars on the Construction & Professional Services Manual, and are very familiar with the regulations and requirements of the system.
