The Patrick Henry
Commonwealth Architects provided design services for the rehabilitation of the former Patrick Henry Hotel in downtown Roanoke, Virginia. Built in 1925, the building now serves as a mixed-use development, consisting of 132 apartments with accompanying office and retail spaces. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, many of the Patrick Henry's historic features will be rehabilitated to their original configurations including the lobby, entry concourse, and grand ballroom.
