One Monument Avenue

Commonwealth Architects provided its expertise for the adaptive reuse of the former Stuart Circle Hospital Complex, located in one of America's most architecturally significant neighborhoods. This historic investment tax credit project, which is located in the State and Federal Monument Avenue Historic District, converted the ca. 1913 hospital into several uses, including 34 luxury apartments and first-floor office suites.
