Commonwealth Architects provided Bow Tie Partners with architectural and engineering services for the adaptive re-use of the former Richmond Locomotive and Machine Works. Located at the corner of North Boulevard and Leigh Street near Richmond’s historic Fan District, the mixed-use project, known as Boulevard Square, features a full-scale, 52,000 square-foot movie theater with stadium seating along with restaurant and retail space.
