This centerpiece to Richmond's downtown revitalization effort was originally built in the late 1800's. The long-time department store again hosts memorable moments as a place to live, eat and shop in Richmond's urban core. This historic investment tax credit project, one of the largest in Virginia, transformed the building, abandoned since 1989, into a variety of uses including a Hilton Garden Inn, residential space and retail and dining options.
