Hotel John Marshall

Formerly a grand historic hotel and conference facility, The Hotel John Marshall was built in 1928 and located in the center of downtown Richmond, Virginia. Commonwealth Architects recently completed a feasibility study, schematic design, and design development documents for the adaptive re-use of this complex of buildings into a mixed use project. It is proposed to adapt this complex of buildings into a project of mixed use, including residential, meeting and conference spaces, retail and restaurants.
