Central Green

Commonwealth Architects is currently designing the adaptive reuse of the Central High School campus on Virginia's Eastern Shore. The goal of the project is to provide a facility that serves as a focal point for promoting sustainable practices for businesses, the environment and traditional people and cultures from around the world. The project will create a tourist destination that exemplifies a green business model which utilizes sustainable building practices to achieve LEED certification. This overall goal will be accomplished in two to three phases over a three to four year period.
