Berry-Burk Building
Previously the home of The Berry-Burk Company, a retail clothing store built in 1928, the adaptive re-use of the Berry-Burk Building provides upscale, downtown living as well as urban retail space. Containing 31 spacious apartments, some with lofts, in addition to restaurant space, the building's exterior is made up of limestone panels and cast stone, capped with a decorative, horizontal terra cotta frieze around the cornice at the top of the building.
