Covering almost 30,000 square feet in space, the building will be transformed into a project of mixed uses including restaurant/retail, office and residential. In addition, the triangular-shaped parcel to the east will be developed into a plaza with segregated areas for outdoor dining associated with the restaurant and retail uses, an elevated stage portion, water feature, public seating and a site wall with a trellis structure. The project seeks to take advantage of Historic Investment Tax Credits, thus the architectural treatment of the building's entry lobby and facades will be critical in maintaining its historic character.
