Virginia Commonwealth University West Grace Housing North

Commonwealth Architects, in association with S.B. Ballard Construction Company and prime architect Niles Bolton Associates, is part of the design-build team for the new West Grace Street Housing North Residence Hall at Virginia Commonwealth University. The five-story building will add 388 beds in a mix of apartments and efficiency units.

A ground-floor mixed-use component will provide for 6,000 square feet of assembly, academic, and/or business use space. The building will also include a living/learning center for international education that will provide residential and classroom facilities for VCU's international students.
