Lord Fairfax Community College Master Plans

Commonwealth Architects developed detailed master plans for the Middletown and Fauquier campuses of Lord Fairfax Community College. The plans reflect changes in the changes that have occurred since the master plans were last revised in 2004 and show proposed changes that are likely to be incorporated into the campus in the next ten years.

A detailed space plan was conducted that required the investigation and review of comprehensive data and documentation in order to lay the appropriate planning groundwork. Our team also explored strategic related issues, such as populations to be served, programs to be offered, and the manner in which instruction will be delivered, including the use of instructional technology.
