Commonwealth Architects is honored that several of our firms' projects have been recently recognized for distinction. We celebrate the contributions of our clients, our consultants, and our team members towards the success of these projects.

 

Two Projects Garner GRACE Awards



















The Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) recognized the most outstanding real estate projects for 2012 and Commonwealth Architects' projects won two of the 14 categories at the Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards on April 17.

Best Multi-Family Projects

First National Apartments (Former First National Bank)

Best Office Adaptive Re-use

RiverFront Investment Group Headquarters


Two Projects Awarded for Contributions to Downtown Development



















Two of Commonwealth Architects' projects were honored with 2013 Awards of Excellence by the Virginia Downtown Development Association (VDDA) on April 4. Rushmark Properties' rehabilitation of the First National Bank in Richmond, Virginia, and Cityscape's rehabilitation of Cliffs Edge Lofts in Lynchburg, Virginia, were both honored at the ceremony held in Petersburg, Virginia. Commonwealth Architects is proud to have participated in the redevelopment of these important urban projects and their contribution to the revitalization of our downtowns.
